No10 Spice BBQ Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients
8 lamb chops or lamb cutlets
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons yoghurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons No10 Spice Coriander & Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon No10 Spice Turmeric Powder
½ teaspoon No10 Spice Red Chilli Powder, optional
2 teaspoons No10 Spice Naram Masala
Fresh coriander, optional
Method
Add the lamb chops to a large bowl.
Add oil, yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
Add No10 Spice Coriander & Cumin, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder if you want heat, and Naram Masala.
Mix well until the lamb is fully coated.
Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours. Overnight is best for deeper flavour.
Cook on the BBQ over medium-high heat, turning regularly until the lamb is charred on the outside and cooked how you like it inside.
Rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with salad, grilled onions, naan, roti or mint yoghurt.
