5.3 Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
5.4 Prices include VAT where applicable and are listed in GBP.
6. Payments

10.1 No10 Spice Ltd ships globally. All spice blends are processed and packed in the UK unless otherwise specified.
10.2 All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:
- We do not collect or charge VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or any other applicable local charges at checkout.
- These fees, where applicable, are the full responsibility of the recipient in the destination country.
- Your local customs authority may hold your parcel until payment is made.
10.3 You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that importing spices is permitted in your jurisdiction.
10.4 We accept no liability for:
- Packages delayed or held by customs
- Non-payment of customs duties or local VAT
- Orders destroyed or returned due to failure to pay import fees
11. Cancellations

11.2 Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
