1. General Shipping Information

No10 Spice Ltd ships to customers within the UK and worldwide. Our products are packaged in 125g units unless otherwise stated. All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

We aim to process and ship all orders promptly to ensure you receive your spices fresh and on time. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom (Mainland & Northern Ireland)
  • Europe
  • North America
  • Middle East
  • Asia
  • Australia & New Zealand
  • Selected other international destinations

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted postal and courier services including:

  • Royal Mail (UK & International)
  • DHL, Evri, or other couriers for select international shipments

Shipping method is selected based on location, weight, and tracking requirements.

4. Shipping Times (Estimates)

  • UK Mainland: 2–5 working days
  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • USA/Canada: 7–14 working days
  • Rest of World: 7–21 working days

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or issues outside our control.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
We may offer free UK shipping on orders over a certain value — details will be stated on the website when available.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs do not include customs duties or local taxes.
  • These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions (International Orders)

  • All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
  • No10 Spice Ltd does not charge or collect VAT, customs duties, or import taxes at the time of checkout.
  • You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges in your country.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that importing spices is permitted in your jurisdiction.
  • Orders returned to us due to non-payment of duties or taxes may be subject to additional redelivery costs, or may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Order Tracking

If your order is sent via a tracked service, tracking information will be emailed once dispatched.
If you do not receive tracking info within 3 working days of ordering, please contact us at info@no10spice.com.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
  • Uncollected packages,
  • Customs rejection (excluding our error),

We will contact you. You may choose to:

  • Reship the order (subject to additional shipping fees), or
  • Receive a refund (excluding original shipping fees).

9. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  • Please wait the full delivery window above before contacting us.
  • You must notify us within 14 days of the latest estimated delivery date for a missing order claim.
  • We will assist with tracing the order or submitting a postal claim.

10. Delivery Issues & Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing a correct, complete delivery address at checkout.
  • We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information or failure to accept delivery.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.
