At No10 Spice Ltd, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, due to the nature of our goods (food-grade spices), there are limitations on returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
This policy outlines when and how returns or refunds may be processed.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The customer has proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or invoice)
Non-returnable items:
- Any opened or partially used spice product
- Items returned after 14 days of receipt
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

- Clear photos of the packaging and product
If we determine the item is faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
4. Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your order provided it is unopened and in resaleable condition.
Conditions:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order
- Return shipping is at your own cost
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days of receiving the return
5. B2B (Wholesale) Orders
Due to the volume and customised nature of B2B transactions:
- All B2B sales are final unless Goods are damaged or incorrect upon delivery
- Claims must be submitted within 5 working days of receipt
- Opened items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances
6. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Email info@no10spice.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorisation and instructions
- Package the item securely and send to the address provided
- Keep proof of postage (we recommend tracked delivery)
7. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days
- Credit card processing times may vary depending on your provider
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
9. International Orders
- We cannot be held responsible for customs delays or items rejected by local authorities
- Return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was damaged or incorrect
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
